The Orthopedic Associates project entailed the construction of a two-story medical office building on a 5.93 acre site. The building features a brick/cast stone exterior, one elevator, 24 exam rooms, two x-ray suites and one MRI suite. It has a 66-chair lobby and reception area, a lunch/break room, and features granite/limestone floors with an ornamental staircase. The scope of work included utilities, paving, shell construction with finished core, and first-floor tenant finish-out.
