The Lancaster apartments are located on two adjacent city blocks immediately west of downtown Fort Worth. This project features a total of 316 apartment units. The amenities include two club rooms, two pools, rooftop decks, several lounge areas, and a fitness room. The five-and-a-half story parking garage, which houses approximately 400 spaces with a cast-in-place concrete pier foundation, is wrapped by the apartment structure on the southern block, while the north block site includes parking under the structure, as well as surface parking.
