CF Jordan Construction, Texas-based commercial construction and construction management company, is proud to welcome Roy Raines to its Dallas office as Vice President of Operations for the Residential Group.
With more than 20 years of construction management experience, Raines is a well-established leader with relationships throughout the United States. Most recently, Raines served as Director of Operations for a large Federal contractor where he oversaw projects with a construction management contract value of more than $500 million. Previously, Raines acted as Vice President of the Federal Division of Jordan/BEK from 2003 to 2008. Signature projects like the Norfolk Navy Commissary and Exchange at the Norfolf Naval base in Norfolk Virginia Mountain Warfare are representative of his $1.7 billion construction portfolio.
