On Thursday, August 13th, Jordan Foster Infrastructure & Concrete celebrated the Grand Opening of Congressman Silvestre & Carolina Reyes Pre-K 8th Grade School in El Paso during a ribbon cutting ceremony at the school attended by Mayor Oscar Leeser and Congressman Silvestre Reyes.
