DALLAS, TEXAS – December 11, 2013 – Led by Power Forward and Chief Estimator Ryan Lack, Dallas Commercial recently scored a hat trick with three new project wins.

For Jackson Shaw, Dallas Commercial will be constructing The Campus at the Cascades – Phase 2, which consists of four small office buildings totaling 120,000 square feet. The value of the project is $6.2 million. Derek Free is Project Manager, and Todd Middleton is Superintendent.

Coming in at $20.25 million, the Penn Distribution Center for Trammell Crow is a 823,000-square-foot concrete tilt-wall distribution facility. On a 45.37-acre site in south Dallas, the structure will feature skylights, a ¼-mile stretch of new road, and surface parking for 269 vehicles. Travis Bradley is Project Manager, and Mike Worley started the project as Superintendent, with Mike Toole finishing the work.

Also for Trammell Crow, Dallas Commercial will be constructing the first two Eagle warehouses, which launch the development of more than four million square feet of warehouse space near Alliance Airport in Fort Worth, Texas. Building B encompasses 1,040,000 square feet, and Building D comes in at 560,000 square feet, with a combined value of $37.5 million. Also included in the scope of work is Heritage Parkway, a ¾-mile road at a value of $3 million. Travis Bradley will be Project Manager, and Mike Worley moves over from Penn to serve as Superintendent.
