Work began this week on a mixed-use project in El Paso for the Center Against Sexual and Family Violence. The project encompasses the construction of a 37,420-square-foot, two-story, metal-stud structure with EIFS and a TPO roofing system. The facility will feature residential accommodations with fully finished interiors, student classrooms, a cafeteria, and a kid’s play area. The estimated completion date for the project is November 2018.
For Commercial, Chuck Brown is serving as the Project Manager, Noel DeLeon is the Superintendent, and Belinda Martinez is the Administrative Assistant.
Jordan Foster Infrastructure and Concrete Specialties are also on the project, with work including a slab-on-grade foundation, pier footings, and a retaining wall.
For Infrastructure, Fernando Villalva is serving as the Project Manager and Mickey Dickson is the Superintendent.
For Concrete Specialties, Frank Licon is serving as the Project Manager, David Hernandez is Superintendent, and Manny Ortiz is the Project Engineer.
Mary Guerrero, Kammy Villalobos, and Juliana Lopez are the Administrative Assistants.
