El Paso, Texas – February 6, 2014 – EP Vida, LLC announced today that Jordan Foster has been selected to perform predevelopment services for its new four-star hotel and specialty retail center project in El Paso. The project fits into the scope of the Southern Industrial Park Land Use Master Plan at the El Paso International Airport.

The development will feature a 220-room hotel with full service amenities. The adjoining retail center will be comprised of 80,000 square feet of space for specialty retail shops, restaurants, and both indoor and outdoor entertainment venues.
Jordan Foster Construction, LLC is the new entity created last August by the partnership of CF Jordan Construction, LLC and Franklin Mountain JFC, LLC. Engineering News-Record ranked CF Jordan Construction as the ninth largest hospitality contractor in the nation.

The budgeted cost of the project is $42 million for the hotel property and $22 million for the retail component. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2014 and the property is scheduled to open in the fall of 2015.
