The success of Harmony Hill in Rowlett, located just outside of Dallas, has opened the door for Jordan Foster Residential to begin Phase Two of this development, which is slated to start on August 1st, adjacent to Phase One.
Harmony Hill Phase Two will host 318 apartment units in two four-story and six three-story eUrban buildings, with 266,092 net rentable square feet. A large, resort-style pool will be the centerpiece of the project, complemented by a resident clubhouse with a workout facility, cyber lounge, recreation area, and a community kitchen. As with Phase One, there will be 101 tuck-under garages, plus ample surface parking.
The architect on the project is JHP Architecture & Urban Design, and the client is HC Harmony Hill Land, LLC (Huffines Communities). This is the fourth project that Jordan Foster is building for Huffines Communities over the past seven years.
The project is scheduled for 21 months, with a Cost Plus GMP with shared savings contract.
Congratulations to everyone involved in securing Harmony Hill Phase Two, including Director of Preconstruction Justin Morris, Regional Director Jeff Hill, Project Manager Luis Rios-Gayton, Quality Control Supervisor Jose Mora, Superintendent Chris Swanson, Estimator Sara Grace Harper, Estimator Lee Wiley, Administrative Assistant Jennifer Davis, and Director of Operations Terry Peek, with special thanks to Marty Coyle for his help with the estimating.
