Pinnacle Bank Place, a new Urban Living Project designed to bring more affordable and medium-income rental housing to downtown Fort Worth, has just won the Award of Merit in ENR Texas & Louisiana’s 2017 Best Projects competition in the Residential/Hospitality category.
Pinnacle Bank Place features 130 luxury apartments on the top four floors, ranging in size from 612 square feet to 1,302 square feet. Anchoring the 25,064 gross square feet of the retail component on the first floor is the namesake, Pinnacle Bank. Adjacent to the Pinnacle Bank Place main structure is a 170,360-square-foot parking garage with 453 spaces. The garage was purposely designed with more than twice the required resident parking capacity, which provides a revenue source that offsets higher rents. Luxury apartments at affordable prices.
Jordan Foster worked alongside the architect, structural engineer, City of Fort Worth’s City Manager’s Office and the Urban Planning and Economic Development Offices for more than a year in pre-construction for the Pinnacle Bank Place project to achieve the design goals. In addition, the Project Team successfully overcame significant obstacles while excavating the site for the foundation.
The Jordan Foster Project Team includes: Roy Raines, President of Dallas Division; Jeff Hill, Regional Director; Terry Peek, Director of Operations; Eric Pierce, Safety Manager; Sean Boyd, Project Manager; Jeff Marshall, Project Superintendent; Paul Schreiber, Quality Control Manager; Wayne Jordan, Asst. Super/Asst. Quality Control Manager; and Rachel Richardson, Administrative Assistant.
The Pinnacle Bank Place Team includes owner/developer Lancaster Corridor Redevelopment, lead architect JHP Architecture/Urban Design, structural and civil engineer Jaster-Quintanilla Dallas, MEP engineer Summit Consultants, land planner Continental Real Estate, and interior designer Moore Design Group.
Congratulations to everyone on the Pinnacle Bank Project Team for their superior work, along with everyone in Residential and Safety involved in this great project!
The Pinnacle Bank Place win follows Residential’s 2017 ENR Excellence in Safety Award of Merit for Harmony Hill Luxury Apartments.
