Description:
The Clint High School project consists of a main building, ancillary buildings for the Automotive/JROTC programs, agriculture program, and sports and recreational facility. The 65-acre project site includes all utilities and a forced main sewer system that connects the school to a regional lift station. The foundation is spread footings and grade beams with a slab on grade. The structure is a mixture of steel and concrete columns and beams with bar-joists and decking. Exterior walls are pre-cast concrete tilt wall and masonry construction and finished in brick and native rock veneer and stucco. The main building is divided into classrooms, science and computer laboratories, administrative offices, library, cafeteria, commons, gymnasiums, athletic training rooms, and locker rooms, along with art and music wings.
